Floating candles that don't float.
If you're about to buy this, just know that they're static, they don't really float. Thanks.

Lovely Things
Nicely modelled, nicely textured. The flames are nicely (subtle, beautifully subtle) animated. You get a whole heap of candles for only 2 Land Impact, AND they are modifiable, so you can just drop a hover script in them if you want the Harry Potter effect. If you want them to emit light, again, the modifiable thing lets you do that. I really have zero complaints about these.
Not animated. Not really floating
Sadly there is no description that says these are static. Do not think these are like the candles seen in Harry Potter.
