I'm a reseller of no-copy gacha items. I'm not the creator and cannot refund or redeliver lost items under any circumstances. It is recommended that you be online and not away or busy mode when the server is attempting to send the gacha items to your inventory.
You can request to have me rezz gacha items inworld if you prefer. No one likes being burned, it takes only one time.
My items are never opened. I do check all gacha trades prior to listing them.
