I am SO glad that I decided to give this a try as I was using Hippo myself which just didn't do it for me and what I sell. I am more than happy I made the switch. This system is AMAZING! I love it and the creator is very helpful and ACTUALLY is online when you need help! That is something you just don't get with Hippo. I recommend this system all the time when I am asked because it is simply the BEST there is out there. I mean it ... it REALLY is as I even spent the near L$4k on the BSM system but that was just too complicated and as a busy person like myself just didn't have the time to read it 10 times over to make sure I did it right. So, this is the system you SHOULD be buying! Thank you Casper for creating a system that is easy to use and has functionality that any business owner needs in SL!

I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars, 4 for the system and one extra for unbeatable service. The reason is that my major complaint, the slow webserver, have been fixed and now it actually deserves to be called "snappy"

I have very mixed emotions regarding Caspervend. Some things are really very good, there is a lot of thinking behind it that is absolutely right. It also seem extremely low lag just as promised. The integration with MP and all that stuff works fine. Easy to set up.
On the down side... the "snappy" web server is not exactly snappy. Quite often the response times are unbearably long, that's one problem that gets annoying. Another is that it could use more features, more options to see different stats for example. A few more vendor types wouldn't hurt either. Finally the lucky chairs are useless to me, they are 5 prims each (since you need the separate product display) and dont really add anything over a 1 prim board. Yes integration with the system is nice but what's needed here is a 1 prim board as an option.
In all I still do recommend this system because many things are excellent, especially when it comes to performance and robustness (except the web server performance). If the development continues it could easily evolve into a perfect vendor system. As it is, it still have a bit to go.
The actual system as it stands is worth 3 stars. I give it a fourth for two reasons: excellent customer service and help from the creator, and the fact that I believe this will grow into a very slick system with time.

My establishment sells and resells Specialized Weapons and Gadgets and needs to have pinpoint information on sales and deliveries. Having a competitors vendor system that has been the best on SL for several years- I came across the Caspervend only because of a rude person moderating their group chats began banning people if anything was slightly criticized on their new product.Darn- do I miss the times the owner used to be on.
Well thanks to that guy I came across this masterpiece. The main difference is that it's got an awesome statistics modules to keep track of sales and customers. Also, nice pie charts showing you in which land you sold the most items, tracks which products are selling the most, etc. Now that's having real time statistics!
I sincerely hope when this system is all over SL, Casper never forgets that customer service is the most important key in keeping customers loyal to a brand. Also, hand pick your employees who are well liked in SL.

I LOVE thsi vendor system... it took forever to get things from hippo to caspervend... but once i got things set up. i've had minor issues! i LOVE the satstics pages that they have.
only thing that its missing is customization, lacking the showest new item first (hippo feature), and a store sales option for nongroup members (i haven't seen this in the pages and i've looked over and over.)
other than that. its PERFECT for those who have places that need multivendors that are low lag.
