Land impact depends on size, but is 0.5-1.7 per piece in most situations per single wall piece (Dim: 1.5 m height). AO maps are included . If you need better lod or it to be less prims contact me in game.

This product is full permissions for builders, so that you can use it in your own builds, and to be sold by you as a component of your build only. The permissions of components must be changed before selling with your product, you may not transfer them with full permissions.

Few things missing
This is a great mesh, textures are nice but could do with some shadowing along the top and bottom to define both, however a few gripes are that there is no 3 panel wall, If you try to adjust the size on the corner pieces they distort VERY easily and there are no window or door panels so you have to build additional or can't use this on a wall you have a window or door on. It's not bad mesh, but I don't think justifies the price when there are wainscoting kits full perm with windows and doors out there. I do wish Icaland would also make copy/mod versions of their stuff for less, it's good mesh but AO maps and kinda expensive for a sim build like i'm doing, not reselling.
