Tintable handpaint baked on mesh tattoo layer for the CZslim body..
This was just a one-off thing I made for the CZslim that I liked with some outfits.. maybe you will too :)

[UPDATE: 11Aug2023 - Added a tintable Finger-paint tattoo that should also work on other bodies as well as CZslim]
