Animesh, FireWings.

You can ADD it and gonna appears on your BACK (Chest Collision Bone) as the default setting, Also you can Move (Locate/Rotate) it anywhere you want but re-size it.

* Tip: There's ONLY ONE Animesh You Can Wear If You Are NOT A Premium Member.

Check If You ARE Wearing Animeshes:
Go to "Develop" Menu -> "Render MetaData" -> "Collision Skeleton", If there's a RED Human Skeleon on your avatar, which means you are wearing an or some Animesh(es).
