Best customer service I've ever dealt with!
I bought this hair solely for the purpose of leaving a review. I previously purchased several of their hairs in-world and I love them all and wear them regularly. I recently had an issue and reached out to their customer service. In under a day, my request was handled in ways better than I dared hope. I can't recommend them enough!
