The UV map is not correct at the back and front. Nothing fits at all

UV is so incredibly off it doesn't fit the mesh at all.
No seriously, the blade part doesn't hit the blade, and the hilt part only partially shows on the hilt. I think they may have re-UVed it entirely and included an old inaccurate UV. If you're using a seamless texture you'll probably be okay but forget about making your own.
