I bought this, it comes with 4 objects, 2 for each sex. 2 male ones, one bloody and one clean, and 2 female ones, one bloody and one clean.
It fit my altamura giselle head well, a bit about the ears, but that is covered by hair, and the item is modify so you can edit it. I used the female ones so far. For 30 lindens its amazing!
