This is a 7seas fishing gesture. It doesn't print anything into nearby chat, but it does several things. First, it turns off auto casting. Then it waits 30 seconds, to make sure the rod is in fact done casting. Next, it turns auto casting back on. This gesture is helpful so you don't accidently waste your bait after a contest is over. Triggers on /uncast.
**Word of warning, don't teleport anywhere until that 30 seconds is up, or auto castinjg won't be turned back on.
