* To sell this, you have to change the permissions to COPY/MOD/ NO TRANSFER or NO COPY /TRANSFER. You're not allowed to redistribute with full permissions.
* You have to make a significant change to resell this. For example, you could make it a furnishing in a house that you create. Another example is adding animations or other scripting. Changing the texture alone, then reselling it is not allowed.
