IMs are the preferred mode of contact since they get sent to email - I try to be in touch with you within 24 hours, usually in 12 hours.

Most products are Mod/Copy - please contact me if you need help or if you would like a Mod/Trans version of any of my goods.

All mod/copy can be replaced with a new copy - contact me inworld. Unfortunately there are no exchanges or refunds on these.

If you purchase a mod/trans, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, but be careful when rezzing and editing - I cannot provide unlimited copies unless you can return your original to me.
