Once you have your items, we take no responsibility for anything that happens afterwards.
If your items are not delivered, send us a message and we will redeliver your items. If your item is incomplete, send Elkay a message, coupled with a screenshot of the item with missing pieces and we'll send you a new version as soon as possible!
Most items in our shop can be copied and modified.
