❤ Delivery failed?
If the delivery of your purchase has failed, contact with Comims, I will solve it as soon as possible.

NEVER be in BUSY OR AWAY mode when purchasing on the Marketplace. Undelivered items due to busy mode don't go to your lost and found or trash folder. They automatically disappear.

You can make copies of nests lost easily with SELF-SERVICE REDELIVERY of the fennux website.

❤ You want to make a gift?
Use Marketplace Store for send a gift a friend. Add the item to cart as a gift and type the name of the avatar you want to send your gift.

❤ Why not received your gift?
If you are in "busy" or "away" mode when someone sends you something, it is automatically refused.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT extract the contents of your pet to your inventory! Extracting contents via edit mode will destroy your products.
