I do my best to make sure gachas are packed and listed properly, but human error and system glitches happen.

All sales are final *unless* for some reason you didn't get what was listed.
Human error happens, please don't assume it was intentional. I respond better to people that politely contact me about the problem so we can get it fixed, either through exchange or refund. If you just start throwing accusations at me from the first, well, you are just being a jerk.
