All copy items may be returned within 3 days of purchase, no questions asked.
No-transfer items, which includes all cabins and some furniture, cannot be returned. Should an item turn out to be defective, and this can be demonstrated, a full refund will be provided.
We will spend a reasonable amount of time helping customers, but we cannot provide help with basic SL usage.
