If something is Full Perm it is to be Resold as COPY & MOD, No Full Perm + Must be different to Original (Scripted or Modified) + Credit where Credits Due! Refunds are Not Given Sold as Seen. Refunds will only happen if Reason is Legit but even then I'm sure we can resolve it without a refund!
