RARE and ULTRA RARE or EPIC items are priced at the discretion of the owner but will always reflect a steep discount from what you could, statistically, expect to pay for them at the gacha machine of origin

All items are "no copy."

All items are appropriately marked in their pictures so you know what you're getting!

Some items may have been previously unboxed and have therefore been repackaged. All such repackagings contain the full inventory of the original package.

We're not perfect. Mistakes are sometimes made and we will work with our customers to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.

Claims of delivery failure will be investigated. If that investigation bears out the claim, the correct item will be delivered if it is still available. If the item is not available one of two courses of action will ensue:
1. The customer may request and receive another item at a price equal to that they paid for the item that was not delivered
2. The customer may request and receive reimbursement of the funds paid for the item that was not delivered.

Claims of incorrect item receipt will likewise be investigated. If that investigation bears out the claim, the customer may:
1. Request and receive the correct item upon return of the incorrect item.
2. Request and receive reimbursement for the funds paid for the incorrect item upon return of the incorrect item.

***IMPORTANT*** Claims found to be fraudulent will be reported to Linden Labs and to all other active gacha resellers. DO NOT be one of THOSE people.
