No returns or refunds on any gachas sold. The inworld store linked in my profile is to my gacha store. I do not have an inworld store for my makeup as of right now.
Redeliveries are allowed ONLY for my original products from the brand Runey. Gachas cannot be redelivered as they are non-copyable.
