If no unpacking scripts are added, rezz your item on the ground, and be positive you are wearing proper land tags, that rezzing is allowed and not to rez on top of mesh floors that tend to glitch. If your item suddenly dissapears for this reason, relog and you will find your box in lost and found.

For problems with the products, please get in touch with the item's creator. I can not refund or redeliver your items, because they are no copy, so please be sure you are purchasing the right product and that you are in a no/low lag area. First try to add your box, in case the designer did not box them.
