~ Since most products are C/M there are No refunds. The only exception to this is if somehow there is a double purchase.

~ Allow up to 48 hours for a response to support. I always try to respond asap, but things happen.

~ I believe that customization is key in SL, therefore the majority of my products are modify to some degree. If a product is No Mod, it is so for a reason and cannot change.
