No refunds on transfer items. If there is an error with the product will send a new one with no defects. If the item is not transferable will allow return within 24 hours with good reason. If you have issues that you need help with, please contact me before taking any other routes and I will do my very best to fix the them. As RL does tend to get in the way, please leave a 24/48 hour window
