I am a reseller of no-copy NextUp/gacha items. I am not the creator and therefore cannot refund or redeliver any items. I cannot replace any items that you break or lose. This is the standard policy of all NextUp/gacha resellers on the Marketplace.
Please make sure you are online, not in busy or away setting when purchasing. Being marked as away or busy can block your delivery.
