Most items are sold copy/no trans. Mod varies. If rigged, items can't be modified size-wise. If unrigged, items should be mod or include a resize script. I don't typically change permissions unless it's a very special circumstance.
Because of the no transfer nature of most products, refunds are not possible. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, tell me why! I'll try to correct it.
