I specialize in Gestures where the names are the Chat Triggers for easier use, including Hosting Gestures Packs. All gestures are Copy/ Mod in case you need to make any changes but still leave you the ability to have back-ups. All single gestures are under $20L & Gesture Packs (including hosting) are under $50L.
I also offer low Prims homes that are under 30 Prims & Castles that are under 50 Prims with ALL costing Less then $200L. I have styles ranging from small 2 floor homes suitable for 512 plots to homes needing 1024 & Larger in Wood & Stone themes with 2 to 3 floors & all with one way Windows in either Stained or Plain Glass.
All my homes & Castles are Mod, Copy, No Trans, so you can alter to suit your personal tastes, but keep in mind ALL Builds have Mega Prims so resizing may take small adjustments to individual prims! This way if you love a home but want a slightly different look or wish to add window & door scripts you can.
I also make Gestures with the chat trigger as the 1st part of the names so you don't have to open the gesture to know what the trigger is. This along with the fact that all Gestures, like my homes, have Copy & Modify perms enables easy use & adjustment to suit your Gesturebating needs.
I have been making them for over 2 years now but only recently decide to make them available for Purchase. Some of them will be available in Female, Male & Silent versions. Including Packs of Hosting Gestures that are Silent & Female Voice.

Due to the permissions being Copy, Modify, No Transfer NO Refunds will be forthcoming if you make an incorrectable alteration & do not keep a back-up. I recommend that due to occational SL glitches if you alter your home & like the alteration, rename your home & then take a copy as a back-up. This way if something happens you can replace your home with the back-up.
