Most items at Twisted Desires are 'no transfer' (Unless reselling Gacha's), therefore I am unable to issue refunds for purchases you are not satisfied with or have made in error. Refunds are only offered in the event of a duplicate purchase. If this is the case, please contact me with provide proof of purchase. If the items is no copy it must be sent back in order to receive a refund.
