Established in January 2005. Mostly female clothing, ranging from bridal, formal and fantasy outfits to more casual, intimate, and practical wear. Also architecture, furniture, decor, garden and fun items.

Most items currently available are sold with permissions MOD/COPY/NO TRANSFER, and as such are not refundable.
Some items are sold as MOD/NO COPY/TRANSFER or TRANSFER ONLY. These items are subject to refund if there is nothing I can do to help or fix the problem, but only upon return of the FULL package and items therein.
I am happy to take requests for modifications to outfits or items.
