Winter Oak Trees is a set of mesh trees with Whispering Wind - animated tree foliage.

Animation can be turned off - insert script (21strom Stop Animation) into the landscape, and it will stop the animation and delete this stopping script. Reset scripts in object (menu Resets Scripts in Selection) and turn the animation back on.
Delete scripts in trees after you create your landscape, trees will play animation anyway. Scripts are low lag, but for big areas you can delete scripts for even better simulator performance.
