Rez Timber Treehouse
This treehouse fits a 512 parcel. It has two rooms, a lift, birds and butterflys. The package also includes a winter version.
A combination of mesh and standard prims makes the low prim count possible.

Does NOT fit a 512
Yes, this is an older build, but I have some of Felixx's stuff because it is unique and still after all these years, it is usually pretty good.
I must admit that I'm disappointed with this one. It is advertised to fit on a 512 with the dimensions being 20m X 20m. This is for the building alone and does NOT include the foliage of the tree. So now, I must go to my sandbox and try to reconstruct this in a way that makes it still look good. Not too happy about that.
So, if you are not good with editing objects, this is not the item for you.
Wow! What an amazing house!
I bought it for only $489 lindens and it is worth so much more in my opinion! Not only is it of high quality but you can copy and modify it completely!!
It's charming with great sound effects with flying birds and butterflies! The elevator works perfectly well! The doors are teleporters between floors! Brilliant! I removed a few unwanted prims and still have an amazing house using few prims!! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great smaller home!!
