This skybox is beautifully detailed as a New York apartment with views of the NYC Manhattan skyline. The upper floor is large bedroom and separate bathroom all with animated furnishings. The lower floor is a split level living and dining rooms with animated sofas and rugs.
The house is mostly mesh prims so you will need a MESH capable viewer.
When you rent you will be automatically invited to the renter group, added to the house's controls for house menu and radio and the security box. So you will be able to move in immediately.
Let me know if you would like some of the furnishings to be removed. The furniture takes about approximately 100 of your prim allocation.
