For as long as you own any of our arcade machines, we will support them. If the game breaks, we'll gladly trade you a fixed version or a comparable item for the life of the product. You are always entitled to trade-up to the latest revisions, free of charge. Barring situations that cannot be fixed, you're covered.
This is why our arcade machines are Transfer Only - to allow you to send them back for fixes and updates.
When you're lucky to get in touch with the creators elsewhere, we've been supporting our arcade machines since 2012 - Now *that* is customer service.

If you like Arcade Games look at the Pack!
I'm not one to just buy something and hope it works. I do my research and find the items in-world to try out. I like to get the best, and when other people are involved, it needs to be easy to use. In my opinion, these machines are the best, most realistic, and easiest to use arcade machines in SL. You can tell the creator has a passion for these machines and is easily accessible if needed. Also, these machines have a great feature: if you are in a laggy sim, you can pop the game out to a browser and play locally through Chrome or whatever you use. You seriously can't go wrong with these machines. You can also go play them first; the owner has a HUGE arcade to try before you buy.
This cabinet looks great!!
Gameplay is tight, if you have ever played Defender before, its a highly addictive, no-nonsense side scrolling shooter that basically invented the genre. The cabinet looks amazing head to toe, making this cabinet great for someone looking to button mash, and its great as decor with original sounds playable even when you're done with your game. The creator is TREMENDOUS with support, and he contacted me to answer questions BEFORE I had any problems. In external mode it plays a little tighter than the original so you will likely challenge your high score with this version. Good stuff!
Excellent Game
These are the best looking and playing arcade games I have found in Second Life. Every detail of the cabinet is faithfully reproduced. The builder gives great customer service. Five stars all the way!

I thought I bought an empty box but the cabinet was in my objects folder, found it after contacting it and being told were it was. He was super nice and helped me lots. Game works great!
