Those are Bake on Mesh Eyes so you need to enable bom on your eyes and just wear the texture you want.
These eyes were made for system eyes like linden labs default eye skins
and those skins are sideways, if the eyes are the wrong way go to texture and rotate the texture and play around with the texture moving.
