Got a 32m x 32m parcel and want to really develop it? Need something really spacious, with eye-catching architecture, beautiful and multi-purpose? Something with apartments you can live in along with friends? Something that looks beautiful, well designed and classy? Anna Erotica - Miami Beach Apartments is the answer!

Featuring a beautiful apartment block with a spacious lobby you can use as a store, 6 spacious apartments above it - each apartment comes with a big living area and attached bedroom, and an open rooftop you can convert to a club or a recreation area!

The entire apartment from ground to rooftop is completely connected by staircase, you can walk up and down the whole apartment from floor to floor! :)

The entire block fits within a 32m x 32m footprint at a low 48 Land Impact for the entire 64m tall apartment complex!

GETTING STARTED

i. Once unpacked, simply drag the Anna Erotica - Miami Beach Apartments to the ground and the entire apartment block will spawn. Right click and choose Edit to reposition it to any spot you want on your parcel.

ii. The entire apartment block is designed to sit nicely within a 32m x 32m parcel - be sure to double check your land covenants by the way - tall apartments are okay on Linden Mainland, but some private land owners have height limits - so if you live on a Private Island then double check with your landlord or with your land covenants ;)

iii Also, if you sometimes have problems spawning furniture or items inside due to the mesh floor, simply spawn a flat normal cube prim on the ground floor then raise it up and use it's surface as a 'spawning platform'. Rez your furniture on it, you can then move and reposition your furniture inside your apartments :)

iv. The entire tower apartment block is Copy & Mod so you can edit and re-texture or re-color it any way you like. Do take note - a minor resize is okay but a major resize will cause linked doors to come out of alignment. If that happens you can safely right click > Edit > Edit Linked, select the old doors and delete them. You can then replace them with custom doors if you wish.

v. It is NOT recommended to detach parts out of this apartment - detaching mesh parts will cause convex hull pieces to generate hidden walls all over the inside of the structure - blocking you and your visitors from walking around!
