1. Rent out your auction to others without ever having to worry about adding people and removing after use of the system. (the system is equiped with a fully automatic hud giver which the auctioneer can use to start the auction and after 4 hours that same person will not be able to use it any longer)

2. You can use the system on a parcel of land because it works with chat relays rather than with a shout function.
(Most people do not own an entire sim thus not enabling them to use an auction system that shouts its data throughout the entire sim and annoy others living on it)

3. The system works with a terminal and/or a HUD you can use both or either one of them at the same time, the owner of the auction always has full rights to it.

4. The system is group enabled, so you do not have to worry to put people on access lists and restart the entire system when you no longer want them to make use of it.

5. Has a single "RESET" button which resets all the stalls previously used, so no need to go about every stall and reset it's data.

6. You can modify all what is inside the box, except for the scripts and the HUD.

7. You will have the ability to rezz a huge info board for your customers (buyers and sellers) to see which stall is on auction now. (also fully modifiable)

8. You have the option to rezz just the stalls and work with hud only to save prims.
