Lockable doors, which is a bit pointless in SL, yes I know :)
The box include fireplace for the upstairs room, bonfire, stone circle for the bonfire and two wood benches one with two seats the other with 3 seats.

Get the demo house before you buy, so you know what you get. The demo house is one prim more that the "real" house.
The demo house is not boxed and it is only the house. Demo house can be rezzed one time for 9 minutes.
