Sail and Sheets are Voice command, the rest is drag and drop!
Make sure to select the "face" of the part of the boat you wish to edit before you drag and drop!
Voice command: texture sail UUID

Total disappointment
I was only able to apply one of the textures and that was by the drag and drop method. Sail textures would not apply no matter what. Will not purchase from this supplier again.
