Add-on includes:
Texture Hud that lets you change textures for surfaces matching the Linden Lab Houseboat colors. Easy to use rezzer for placing your add-on. Platforms for kitchen and study, walls for a private bathroom, railing at entry, and planter divider. Most of the build is mesh; however, the floors are regular prims to better facilitate rezzing objects.
Modding:
The addition is completely mod. You may retexture using your own textures if desired. Also, many of the tile textures I used have neutral tones that will take to tinting easily.

Honestly I unlinked most of it and only kept the bathroom and planter walls but I love it. It's a blessing that everything is modify so I wasn't forced to use the kitchen/study platform and that I could use my own textures. Yes in most lighting/low graphic settings the wallpapers lighting doesn't match but I can look past it as I only notice it from one angle looking at it (when I actually go to the bathroom door). The textures are exactly the same as in the LH folders, don't know what causes the shade difference but I really enjoy this purchase.
Its pretty good
I had issues getting the hud to work, even after speaking with the creator. I did appreciate them getting in contact with me, excellent customer service/support. I did have to reset the scripts after I saved it, and HUD began to work.

Bit Disappointing
The platform for the study does not reach the back wall, so there is a gap & yes I have positioned it correctly. Textures don't line up with the kitchen & wall area which simply looks horrible. Over all design is ok, but I will be dumping this, waste of money.
