UPDATED MESH VERSION

I built this Modern Taupe 4-Story Prefab Building originally to solve a problem I had. I had plentiful space prim-wise on the mainland, but not the perfect shape for a sprawling building. You have to go see the building in Second Life to believe it. I have a rezzer on a platform in my land, so you can go there and see it for yourself.

Four Stories.

Going vertical helps in many ways. For us mainlanders, the sometimes oddly shaped plots we purchase can be a problem for elaborate, horizontal builds. Going vertical lets us use our prims to the fullest!

Three Levels of Window Opacity.

Whether you plan to use this building as a home or as a store, the window opacity can come in handy. Whether you want total privacy, or if you want the store to be built under secrecy until it's time for your big reveal, the opacity settings can work for your privacy or business needs.

It's a Real Elevator!

The real elevator created by SD-elevators. You go up and down in style, with full control of who has access to each floor.

Usable Roof

Not only are there four floors of lovely space, but the elevator tops up to a usable roof - perfect for that evening dance party!

Spacious Interior.

The building's open concept is designed for your creative juices to get brewing. If you are more of the rez-and-go type, let me know and I can create some interior walls for you at your pleasure.

Bonuses:

Garage - 2 bays, 40 prims with a bonus loft inside.

Lighting Kit - White, steel and gunmetal pendants, outdoor streetlights, and our exclusive Artwork Lighter.

Apartment Expansion Pack - Create an apartment with the addition of walls and doors.

Changes from the Original:

Less Land Impact
Reduced the number of scripts running in the elevator
Mesh elements in the window frames, exterior planters and more
Apartment Expansion Pack - Adds extra rooms and doors to turn a floor into an apartment.

Land Impact = 235

If you are not sure if you can see the building or if it will fit, visit my inworld store at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Smaug/202/29/35 to rez a sample or take a placement demo with you.
