CasperUpdate is a system which allows creators to make self-updating products. Once a product is sold to the customer, the product will check for an update every time it is rezzed (or at specific intervals). If an update is found, the customer is asked if they wish to receive the update (which will be delivered to them).

CasperUpdate script is full perm. No-copy protector script is no-modify, copy, trans. Other items are no-trans. Service is not transferrable.
► LIMITATIONS◄
No-copy objects must also be "No Modify", to prevent the script from being removed.

Not working correctly
Very prompt response after I submitted a support ticket: "This ticket has been sent to triage, which means that it needs investigation by an engineer. Please note that complex issues may take additional time to investigate, please bear with us!"
Heard nothing for 10 days now. The "complex issue" is that it simply should do what it is intended to.
It's very reliable and easy to set up.
I've used CasperUpdate since 2017 and I love it. Casper services are amazing, reliable and made with the quality you'd expect of a business serious about what they do. If you're an invested SL creator you can't go wrong investing in CasperUpdate for your product line.
As with other CasperTech products, it works great!
I received this as a gift.
I've been using a script for distributing automatic updates for two free products I have. The script utilized free backend servers. Those servers have become unreliable to such an extent that I have all sorts of old versions of my product out there now. I also have to have two inworld servers running to support two products.
CasperUpdate utilizes the same fault tolerant backend servers they use for their other products. Now I don't have to worry about problems with the backend and I can also use this one update server inworld for multiple products.

Wonderful product
I was researching updater methods, and came across this. Works perfect, and it led me to purchase the vendor system that it integrates with, no regrets! Should have gotten it years ago!
Awesome product!
I had some trouble trying to wrap my brain around trying to customize this system in the way I needed it. Putting it down and thinking on it helped to come back and resolve it.
When I came back to it later I played with everything and looked passed the warning zone this time to figure out how to adjust the mandatory or forced update to work exactly how I needed it.
I am very relieved to get this working. As a creator there is a level of demand to design and make things that reach customers as easily, and as quickly as possible with little effort. I'm certain you've had your own share of "didn't read the notecard" ha!
So thank you for your patience when I pop up looking confused and dazed. I will be absolutely making sure my friends buy this system and help them set it up. It's gonna be a life saver!
