This build is 18 prims. The base of this build requires a 12x12 space.

Perfect little Den to tuck away in, be it a dragon, werewolf or just a lovers hiding spot. The front has ivy the gentle sways in the breeze. Inside you will find 3 little lava lamps and a slimy water filled fountain.
