Celzium is an inworld mesh creation tool for SecondLife.
I got asked to make a demo version of Celzium 01.
Well thought about a tryout/demo platform, but I would imagine grievers standing in line, to push the Clear button all the time, while others tried to build. Tons of rezzed items, etc. nah..
Another was a 'free' version with a limit number of items you could rez. like max 5 sub-meshes you could build? nah.
So I decided just to make a cheap simple 'cube' version for now, see how it works out... and with those cubes you can already build loads I guess.
---I think this #00 will be temporary for sale here.. so get it while you can--
You can select from 1 mesh object and create more complex build with these, Upto 8 different textures/materials are supported, includes UV-texturing and layout. Upto 200 sub-meshes can be rezzed and converted to a collada .dae file. You can upload into SL, or like blender and other 3D software packages.

The idea behind it is, easy to create mesh objects and builds. From beginning to more advanced builders. Its nice to have an inworld tool, from simple sketching, collision models for your more complex builds.. etc.
Can these shapes be cut like sl prims?
No, the shapes are mesh themself, low-poly mesh-objects including the UV-layout. They can be scaled/rotated/translated, like sculpties. In the future I want to add more mesh shapes and Celzium addons to choose from.
(There are some other tools around for 'normal' sl-prims to 3D-models incase you need that)
Needs:
Second Life client
You need land in SL where you can create and build, and can use scripts.
The tool itself is 1-prim, and 1 prim for each for every building block rezzed (max 200+)
Only the owner of the tool, can use it
A recent browser
To convert the data generated in celzium to a .dae collada file.
Current supports Firefox/Chrome/Safari/Opera with java-script enabled.
(Not working (as usual?!) on the current Internet-Explorer.)

For this tool I had in mind, simple/easy to use.

Most awesome tool !!!
Even as a demo it is still awesome. I have made a few things and I am quite happy with the results. This is a great tool and the best 100L you will ever spend.
awesome
I just bought this version because i did not have the money to buy the full version yet :)
This is awesome so easy to use and super fun for making mesh yes its only one block but with one block you can make benches stores anything really so there is no limit just because its one block and for 100l$ its money well spent on saying that its easy to texture the faces and also to create the dae file this is perfect for me and i cant wait to upgrade to the full version to have more flexibility.
I cant wait i would recommend this and any of the other products to anyone keep up the good work and soon i will buy the full version for sure 5 stars is a must
Great tool
I had some problems with understanding the texturing of the mesh but Cel helped me through it and I realised what a great mesh tool he has made. I am going to get the full version NOW!!! LOL!! 5 BIG stars from me :-)
Great results!
The tool is fairly easy to use, and the results are excellent! It's amazing how much you can do in 1 prim or less with mesh content, and this is a *much* more intuitive interface than Blender!
I do wish there were better controls for texturing - I would like to be able to specify one *side* of a cube as one of my eight materials, or adjust which portion of a texture will display in a given area... There also seem to be some inconsistencies in the script when you manually change the textures instead of using the provided controls. As long as I'm following instructions, though, I've encountered no problems. ;)
Time to save up for the real deal!
Works like a charm!
By following the included instructions, this tool is extremely easy to use and get the hang of.
I purchased this one as I was weary of spending the $L on the full version without having used mesh creation tools before, but now that I see how great this tool is, I'll definitely be upgrading.
5 Stars!
