Chadwick House

This is a modern style home with a poured concrete exterior, and neutral painted interior walls with white trim. Golden Brown wood floors, Window sills and Doors give the house a warm feeling. The main floor has an open floor plan with space for your living room, kitchen and dining area. Just off the main entrance there are stairs going down to a large room below the pool deck which can be used as a family room, game room, home theater, library, or kids playroom. Alternatively you could use it as your living room or kitchen/dining room. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a large Master Bedroom and a smaller second bedroom, and a nicely tiled bathroom. There is a beautiful pool deck off to the side of the house, accessible via the staircase, which also includes a covered lanai area for your barbeque or outdoor bar.

Copy/Mod so you can take it apart, unlink parts you dont like, change the textures, etc. (Note in your inventory it will show as "no mod" because of the scripts in the doors. However once rezzed, the entire house is modifiable).

No rez box, the whole house is linked in one piece so just plop it down where you want it.
