A simple mechanism to refresh items in visual range, sometimes fixing texturing issues.
I got bored of having to delete the "usual" items that solve this problem, so this is a one-use item, plant it, sit on it, it does its thing then clears its self up.
It's copyable so it always remains in your inventory!
- Forces re-drawing of items in visible range
- Cures some visual anomolies

not sure it does anything but it seems to do something
