My Censor Bar works in Buildable areas that has scripts enabled. If it is not a buildable area, you will get a message that this prim cannot be rezzed but will dissapear. Click the bar again and shall re-appear.
Click the censor bar and the bar shall fall to the ground!
To make the bar re-appear click where you attached the censor bar, there should be a invisible prim, and it re-appears!
