Just 4 stars?! Only because it's not full perm. lol. Still, after sampling some of fffred Auer's earlier offerings, I was pleased enough to purchase the guards, and mI can tell you, I'm NOT disappointed. I tweaked a few of them by temporarily unlinking and copying shields to link to shieldless guards, and increased the variety. The close-up detail is awesome, though it may be lost in viewing from a distance. My suggestion to the artist is that lighter tones can be darkened but darker ones can't be lightened. In the future, being able to remove helmets would show off the gorgeous texture used for the face. Just sayin'... Over all, very pleased! (and looking for more)
