A lot of prim.. but
This build is really beautiful, and though the prim count is high, you can fully mod it to fit your needs. The base can be separated completely from the build to help cut down on prim, and those extra pieces can be used in many ways. Very creative piece!
Beautiful
I purchased both the Elven house and the Elven Cottage ( this one in-world, haven't seen it yet on MP) and I assembled the two builds together : the result is amazing. If I could have the snow cover for this houses....it would be just too perfect but even so I cannot stop admiring my magic new home . Wonderful!
