This Chapel from Crete is a FULL PERMS mesh of 33 land impacts at 5.400 x 9.510 x 8.520 meters, physics enabled.

It comes 6 parts : the main building, the tower with the cross, the part that holds the bell, a part gathering the corners, front door and window frames, and the two doors.

It comes :
- 1 FULL PERMS AO mapped sample
- The UV maps
- The AO maps

23 faces to texture (see added pictures some of UVs) or, if you prefer, one material.

As you can check this object at my store in-world, there is absolutely no possible refund. On the other hand, I remain at your disposal should you have any questions before or after the purchase.

You are NOT allowed to :
- Give away whatever the rights are.
- Sell as stand alone whatever the rights are.
- Sell full perms.
- Use as a freebie or dollarbie.
- Use the meshes and / or the textures at other metaverses.

CONDITIONS OF USE - Second Life User License - Discount Textures Company

Use of the Textures/content is only allowed under the following conditions :

Textures purchased by Linden Dollar and delivered within the virtual world of Secondlife are licensed for use within Secondlife only.

· You may sell and transfer anything you create using textures from Discount Textures Company (also called DTC). You may sell anything you create using the content but not the content in its original format. For example, you may not redistribute textures "as" texture files. This would be seen as an act of direct competition and in breach of our User License.

· You may save DTC textures to one computer in order to modify/edit for personal and commercial content creations within the Second Life environment. This includes clothing design, building and prim/mesh/model creation. You may also sell anything you create using the modified textures but not the modified content in its native format. Example: You may not redistribute modified/edited textures "as" textures. This would be seen as an act of direct competition and in breach of our User License.

You are NOT permitted to:

· You cannot distribute, sell, give-away, or share content from DTC, in or outside of Secondlife.com

· This includes: in world stores (from any on-line platform) in world vendors, 3rd party websites and platforms, burning to CD or DVDs, sharing on your own blog/website, third party websites, torrent or P2P websites, sharing with group members, friends, alts or customers, sharing in "Texture Sharing Groups" within secondlife.com and other third party platforms.

· You cannot export or extract content out of Secondlife.com as texture files (or applied to pre made builds/meshes) using applications such as SecondInventory or other "texture exporting software"· You cannot save to your computer to modify to any degree with the sole intention of reselling or redistributing the textures. This license does not allow modification of our artwork for distribution purposes alone.

· As of the 6th Oct 2010 the Terms Of Service for Secondlife.com was amended to include the following:


"7. CONTENT LICENSES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.8 You agree to respect the Intellectual Property Rights of other users, Linden Lab, and third parties.You agree that you will not copy, transfer, or distribute outside the Service any Content that contains any Linden In-World Content, in whole or in part or in modified or unmodified form, except as allowed by the Snapshot and Machinima Policy, or that infringes or violates any Intellectual Property Rights of Linden Lab, other Content Providers, or any third party."

By breaching our User License you would also, by default, be breaching the secondlife.com TOS and as such your Secondlife.com account may be suspended or banned.

Gorgeous, but ... unfortunately not really usable. Even putting aside the fact that the mesh is horribly unoptimized, LOD levels aren't implemented properly, so even with a raised RenderVolumeLODFactor setting the building will start folding into triangles even at fairly close distances.

Set to 3, the belfry is the first to go at 15m, the tower/dome will wink out at 50m. Then finally at around 110m, the remainder of the building will collapse into a couple of triangles.

That said, it _is_ an awesome design, at a very competitive price point. I am sure there are use cases where the aforementioned shortcoming will be acceptable, and then it's certainly a viable choice -- which is why I think it still deserves a medium rating.

I would love to see this updated, even if it means raising the price, towards a more optimized and LOD-resistant model, so it could be used in general sim-building. Until then, buyer beware!
