Expectations set too high
Just underwhelmed, its not like it isn't technically what it says it should be but it definitely looks much cleaner and well made in the store listing images. It doesn't have the same 'sheen' and vibrant look. In reality it looks similar to low resolution putty. It is also quite a large avatar, I guess that does make sense because crew mates are meant to be people, but its quite obnoxiously large instead of being 'cute' as the images portray.
