(for the same effect as on the picture add a shiny effect on low, auto light then set the glow to 0.05 DONNOT FORGET TO EDIT SEPARATLY EACH EYES TO NOT DO IT FOR THE WHOLE AVATAR!!!!)

For a L$10 purchase, I can't say I was expecting all that much. And for what it is, it's pretty good. I recommend setting it to fullbright after attaching the texture, otherwise the blue part won't look very bright. At all. Something like an emissive layer addon would go a long way to making this work better, but that might be enough to bump up the price.
