This multipurpose building features two rooms in the downstairs, with separate entrance to each of them. Two rooms in the basement and three rooms upstairs. Finished with attention to detail but reasonably light prim count at 137 prims.

This building is awesome... first rate textures, ultra smooth doors, I love it, and the sellers are great, warm people. You cannot go wrong IMHO... and I'm a professional sl shopper.... two thumbs up, great build.
